How It Works
Our 48-Hour Visual Art Competition is proudly sponsored by the Steve Wilson Studios & The Gallery and Niagara Falls Art Gallery!
On Friday July 30th at 6PM EST, you will receive an email outlining the prompt(s) and any other specific criteria. You must submit your entry to us by Sunday August 1st at 6PM EST.
The winner will be selected by our guest judges, Debra Attenborough and Steve Wilson!
Registration closes on July 28th at 11:59PM EST. By registering, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to CREATE Niagara’s Rules and Regulations and Licensing Agreement.
The winner will be announced August 19th 2021.
Some specifics:
- Entries: Up to 3
- Medium: Any artwork done on canvas or paper
- File format: .jpg, .png
Eligibility:
- Residents of Niagara Falls and surrounding areas
- Aged 16 years and up
Registration Fee (non-refundable):
- $15.00 Standard
- $10.00 Students (currently enrolled in high school and who meet all other eligibility criteria)

Visual Art Prize
48-Hour Visual Art Competition Prize:
- Artwork displayed at the Steve Wilson Studios & The Gallery
- 1-1 feedback session with Debra Attenborough, Executive Director of the Niagara Falls Art Gallery
- Art supplies pack (provided by Niagara Falls Art Gallery)
- Winning Artwork will be published on our website and promoted across all our social media channels
